Rebecca was born in British Columbia in the Okanagan Valley. She has worked at a car racetrack in the ticket booth, in a candy store, putting screws on car battery terminals, as a layout artist for newspapers, as a make-up artist and hair-stylist, as a rag picker, a seamstress and selling vintage clothing. Nova Scotia is where she lives today.

Rebecca is currently working on woodburns and a graphic novel.
